Settings is where you manage your account, website, brand knowledge, integrations, billing, and usage. Use Settings when you need to update how Serpy understands your business or manage how your workspace is connected.

What Settings is for

Settings helps you manage the details behind your Serpy workspace. You can use it to update:
  • profile details
  • website name
  • brand knowledge
  • custom voice
  • notifications
  • integrations
  • billing
  • usage limits

Profile

Profile is where you manage basic account details. This may include your profile image, full name, and account email. Your email may be locked because it is used for account access.

Website

Website settings are where you manage the current website workspace. Use this area to update the website name shown in Serpy or delete a website when needed.

Brand Knowledge

Brand Knowledge tells Serpy how to understand your business. It can include your business context, voice and reach, services, audience, positioning, and other important details. Keeping Brand Knowledge updated helps Serpy create better prompts, recommendations, outlines, and content.

Custom Voice

Custom Voice lets you create and manage writing styles. Use it when you want Serpy-generated content to sound more like your brand, founder, team, or existing content. Some plans may not include Custom Voice.

Notifications

Notifications let you manage simple email or product update preferences. Use this if you want to control which updates you receive.

Integrations

Integrations connect Serpy to tools such as Google Search Console and your CMS. Use this area to connect, reconnect, or manage publishing and data integrations.

Billing

Billing is where you manage your subscription and payment details. Use it to review your current plan, update payment method, view invoices, or manage your subscription.

Usage

Usage shows how much of your plan allowance has been used. Use this to understand limits for things like websites, prompts, articles, searches, scans, imported pages, images, and other plan features. Review Settings when:
  • your brand details change
  • you want to connect a CMS
  • you need to update billing
  • you want to check usage
  • you want to add a Custom Voice
  • you need to rename or delete a website

Tips

Keep Brand Knowledge up to date. Connect integrations before using publishing or performance features. Check Usage if a button is locked or disabled. Use Billing if your subscription or payment method needs attention. Review Custom Voice before generating important content.
