Images help make articles more useful, visual, and engaging. Use images when they support the content, explain an idea, or improve the reader experience.

Image types

Articles may include different types of images, depending on your plan and workflow. Images can include:
  • generated article images
  • images added inside the editor
  • screenshots
  • images already included in the article
Some plans may not include generated images.

Generated images

Generated images are created for the article when image generation is available. They are usually based on the article topic, title, or section. Use generated images as a starting point, and review whether they fit the article before publishing.

Adding images

You can add images inside the editor when you want a visual in a specific section. Place images where they help the reader understand the content. Avoid adding images just to fill space.

Moving images

Images can be moved within the editor so they appear in the right section. Place images close to the text they support. This helps the article feel organized and easier to read.

Image controls

When working with an image, you may see controls such as:
  • delete
  • download
Use delete to remove an image from the article. Use download if you want to save the image separately.

Publishing images

When content is published, images need to be available publicly so they can display correctly on your website. If an image does not appear after publishing, check whether it was included correctly and whether your CMS supports the image format.

Tips

Use images where they add real value. Place images near the section they support. Delete images that do not match the article. Download images if you want to reuse or review them separately. Always check published content to make sure images display correctly.
