Billing helps you manage account access and subscription details. You can use it to:

Current plan

Your current plan controls the features and usage limits available in Serpy. Plans may affect:
  • websites
  • prompts
  • prompt groups
  • content articles
  • scans
  • searches
  • images
  • Custom Voice
  • integrations
  • support access

Payment details

Use payment details to update your card or billing information. Keeping payment details up to date helps prevent interruptions.

Invoices

Invoices let you review previous billing records. Use this if you need receipts or payment history.

Changing plans

Changing plans may update your available features and limits. If you upgrade, new limits may become available. If you downgrade, some features or allowances may be reduced. Review the plan details before changing.

Past due payments

If a payment is past due, some actions may be limited until billing is updated. You may still be able to access your account, but features that cost money may be restricted. Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid losing access.
