Managing integrations helps you keep Serpy connected to the right tools. Use this section when you need to connect, reconnect, disconnect, or troubleshoot an integration.

Connecting an integration

To connect an integration:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Integrations.
  3. Choose the integration.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Follow the setup instructions.

Reconnecting an integration

Reconnect an integration if it stops working or needs updated permissions. You may need to reconnect when:
  • permissions changed
  • an access token expired
  • the connected account changed
  • the wrong property or website was selected
  • publishing or sync is not working

Disconnecting an integration

Disconnect an integration if you no longer want Serpy to use it. Before disconnecting, make sure you understand what it affects. For example:
  • disconnecting Google Search Console may limit performance data
  • disconnecting a CMS may remove direct publishing
  • disconnecting a custom webhook may stop custom publishing

Switching CMS integrations

Only one CMS can be connected to a website at a time. To switch CMS platforms, disconnect the current CMS first, then connect the new one. Make sure the new CMS controls the website in your current Serpy workspace.

If publishing fails

If publishing fails, check:
  • whether the CMS is still connected
  • whether permissions are correct
  • whether the article has required fields
  • whether images are supported
  • whether the CMS account has publishing access
Try reconnecting the CMS if the issue continues.

If performance data is missing

If performance data is missing, check:
  • Google Search Console is connected
  • the correct property is selected
  • the Google account has access
  • enough time has passed for data to sync

Tips

Keep Google Search Console connected. Reconnect integrations if data or publishing stops working. Only connect tools that belong to the current website. Check integration settings before reporting a publishing issue. Use export if direct publishing is temporarily unavailable.
