Custom Voice lets Serpy write closer to a saved writing style. Use it when you want generated content to sound more like your brand, founder, team, or existing content.

What Custom Voice is for

Custom Voice helps make content feel more consistent. It can guide:
  • tone
  • sentence rhythm
  • paragraph structure
  • vocabulary
  • formality
  • how directly the content speaks to the reader
This is useful when you want content to sound less generic and more like your brand.

Creating a Custom Voice

To create a Custom Voice:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Custom Voice.
  3. Click Add custom voice.
  4. Add a voice name.
  5. Paste a writing sample.
  6. Choose whether it should be the default voice.
  7. Create the voice.

Writing sample

The writing sample teaches Serpy what the voice sounds like. Use a sample that represents the style you want future content to follow. Good samples may include:
  • existing blog posts
  • founder writing
  • website copy
  • newsletters
  • long-form articles
  • sales pages
Longer samples usually work better.

Default voice

A default voice can be selected automatically when creating content. Use this if you usually want Serpy to write in the same style. You can still choose a different voice during content creation if needed.

Editing a voice

You can edit an existing voice if you need to update the name or default setting. If you change the writing sample, Serpy may need to analyze the voice again.

Deleting a voice

Delete a voice if you no longer use it. Deleting a voice will remove it from future content creation options.

Plan access

Some plans may not include Custom Voice. If Custom Voice is not available, Serpy will use the default writing style.

Tips

Use a real writing sample, not notes or bullet points. Choose writing that sounds like the style you want. Use a clear name so you know which voice to select. Set a default voice if you want consistent content. Review generated content before publishing.
